Production process: Cereal flours are mixed with water and fresh yeast. This is followed by the resting and fermentation stage, during which the dough slowly rises to develop its unique texture and flavor. The dough is then rolled out, floured, shaped, baked, and transformed into a beautiful traditional country-style bread! This bread is sliced and properly toasted.
All the nutritional value of wholegrain cereals is deliciously combined with the unique recipe of Papadopoulos Traditional Rusks, made with pure ingredients and care, to create Papadopoulos Wholegrain Traditional Rusks.

Whole grain wheat flour 60%, wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm oil), dry rye sourdough 3%, glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, yeast, wheat bran, wheat semolina, barley malt flour, rice flour, wheat malt flour, salt, barley malt extract, wheat gluten, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary).
The product may contain sesame seeds, soya, lupin and mustard.
