Production process: The cereal flours, the fragrant sesame seeds, and the sourdough are mixed with water and fresh yeast. This is followed by the resting and fermentation stage, during which the dough slowly rises to develop its unique texture and flavor. The dough is then rolled out, shaped, sprinkled with sesame seeds, baked, and transformed into a beautiful country-style bread! This bread is sliced and properly toasted.

The rich flavor brought out by the sesame seeds, combined with the sourdough, gives Papadopoulos Traditional Rusks with Sesame their exceptional, distinctive, full taste.
