We created Cream Crackers with barley, oats and beta-glucan, a soluble fiber made from oats that has been proven to reduce blood cholesterol*. Enjoy them out of the pack on trips, on the way to work or combine them with endless salty or sweet ingredients to make your own snacks.
*High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease, which has multiple risk factors and altering one of them may or may not have a beneficial effect. Each portion of four Cream Crackers provides 1g of beta-glucan. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of beta-glucan from oat, oat bran, barley, barley bran or from mixtures of these beta-glucans, in combination with a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Wheat flour, vegetable oil (palm oil), glucose-fructose syrup, oat fiber 3,5% (contains beta-glucan), oat flour 2,5%, barley flour 2,5%, starch, yeast, dry wheat sourdough, barley malt flour, salt, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), wheat gluten, antioxidants (tocopherol rich extract, ascorbyl palmitate).
The product may contain egg, soya, milk, sesame seeds, nuts, peanuts, lupin and mustard.
